Mail-in rebate terms and conditions for Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 for Mac

Offer valid in the United States, Canada, and the territory of Puerto Rico only. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. Offer valid for purchases made from September 23, 2009, through October 31, 2010.

All rebate claims must be postmarked no later than six weeks from the date of purchase of Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 8 for Mac software (the “Software”).

Customers who purchase the Adobe software bundled with a non-Adobe product are not eligible for the mail-in rebate. Consumers who purchase the Software from any one of the following retail establishments are not eligible for a rebate: Best Buy, BestBuy.com, BJ’s, SAM’S CLUB, OfficeMax, and Wal-Mart. Submissions that include receipts from any one of the above retail establishments will be rejected. The rebate is paid in U.S. currency only.

Mail-in rebate for Software box purchases

To receive a rebate for Software box purchases, enclose the following information:

a) a completed original Rebate Claim Form. The original Rebate Claim Form must be filled out completely;
b) the original Proof of Purchase Tab #1 located on the right side of the Software box. Submission of a rebate claim that contains a Proof of Purchase Tab #2 will be rejected, and the rebate will not be paid;
c) a copy of the sales receipt from your purchase of the Software dated between September 23, 2009, and October 31, 2010. Circle the purchase date and amount paid.

Mail-in rebate for Adobe.com Electronic Software Delivery purchases

To receive a rebate for a Software download purchased from the Adobe.com online store, enclose the following information:

a) a completed, printed Official Rebate Claim Form. The Official Rebate Claim Form for Electronic Software Delivery purchases must be filled out completely and the order number written on the Official Rebate Claim Form must match the order number in the Electronic Software Delivery order confirmation e-mail. Unofficial claim forms will not be accepted;
b) a printout of the order confirmation e-mail from your Electronic Software Delivery purchase of Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 dated between September 23, 2009, and October 31, 2010. Circle your ID, order number, products purchased, quantity ordered, purchase date, and amount paid.

Incomplete rebate claims will be rejected.

For each e-mail confirmation order number, only one rebate per eligible product is allowed. Consumer is responsible for any applicable taxes. Allow up to eight weeks from the date you mailed your rebate submission to receive your rebate. Rebate will be mailed to the address provided on the Rebate Claim Form. Lost, late, misdirected, torn, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, damaged, postage due, or illegible claims are not the responsibility of Adobe Systems Incorporated and will not be eligible for the rebate.

Offer not valid with any other Adobe promotional offer. This rebate offer is not valid for licensees of education or volume licensing versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements 8. All obligations of Adobe will be discharged by issuing the rebate and mailing it to the address you provide on the Rebate Claim Form.
